When you apply as a business or fractional leader, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company details, and the context you share about your leadership needs. We also collect basic analytics about how visitors use our site.

How we use it

We use your information to evaluate fit, make introductions, and maintain the relationships we build together. We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use it for advertising. We use it to do the work you asked us to do.

Who sees it

Your information is visible to the Work With Meaning team. When we make an introduction, we share relevant context with the other party, and we tell you when we do. We use Supabase for data storage and Resend for email delivery. Both are bound by their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask us to update, correct, or delete your information at any time. Email ford@workwithmean.ing and we will respond within 5 business days.
