What we collect

When you apply as a business or fractional leader, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company details, and the context you share about your leadership needs. We also collect basic analytics about how visitors use our site.

When you register as a volunteer or participant with our client organizations, we collect your name, email address, and phone number.

How we use it

We use your information to evaluate fit, make introductions, and maintain the relationships we build together. We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use it for advertising. We use it to do the work you asked us to do.

For volunteer participants, we use your information to send scheduling notifications, availability requests, and coordination messages related to your participation.

Text messaging

By providing your phone number through our volunteer management systems, you consent to receive text messages related to scheduling and volunteer coordination. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Who sees it

Your information is visible to the Work With Meaning team. When we make an introduction, we share relevant context with the other party, and we tell you when we do. Information may be shared with the specific organization you volunteer with in order to coordinate your participation. We use Supabase for data storage and Resend for email delivery. Both are bound by their own privacy policies.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as you are an active volunteer or participant, or as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to update, correct, or delete your information at any time. Email ford@workwithmean.ing and we will respond within 5 business days.
